What if there is trouble?

Once you have made the transaction, you should in very short order receive a confirmation email from BMT Micro  with your own secure download link to the product. Some games additionally have keys required to complete the installation. If this is the case, your license key will be included in the transmission from BMT Micro.

Pay Pal orders are sometimes delayed due to the delay of confirmation from Pay Pal.

If something goes wrong with the transaction or  acquisition of your software, first try to contact BMT Micro directly, as they have proven very responsive and helpful in such past situations. Email is orders@bmtmicro.com, phone number is 1-800-414-4268.

Want It On A CDROM?

When you order, it will be delivered to you via an online link for you to download unless you ask for it on CD from BMT Micro, which will cost an additional $10.00. There will be an option on the order form for you to have it put on CD.

Licensing

All game licenses, with the exception of Empire Deluxe Internet Edition,  are single computer licenses. You will be purchasing a single computer license for each computer you intend to have play the game on. Licenses cannot be shared between machines.

 Empire Deluxe Internet Edition has a single user license, which means each person playing the game must be a licensed user.

Technical Support

Killer Bee Software will do their best to technically support the games as much as possible. It is impossible to guarantee all issues with the program are fixed or that all configurations can successfully run the game. Please try out the demo first. If the demo works on your machine, the game will run on your machine.

If you suspect your problems are video related, first update your video drivers (and Direct X if applicable).

What If My Hard Drive Implodes And I Lose My Software?

This is a tragic occurrence that has been known to happen with some regularity.  Please make sure you make a backup after you have received your software. Second, if you cannot get your backup going, contact Mark Kinkead at  mok@killerbeesoftware.com as this is dealt with on a case by case basis. Do not go out an buy a new copy when you may not have to.
