There are
several aspects of the game can be tweaked via what is known as the "INI"
File. This is a Windows initialization file by the name "ED.ini" in the Empire
Deluxe root directory. Inside this text file are many name-value pairs
organized by sections which can be changed to set the default settings for
various aspects. Within the INI file is an explanation of each setting and its
value range.
